OnlyFans and Privacy: Who Can See My Subscription?

This is a common question for new subscribers: who can actually see that you're subscribed to a given OnlyFans profile? The reassuring answer is that, by default, this information stays strictly private.

A subscription invisible to other users

The list of creators you follow isn't visible to any other subscriber and doesn't appear on any public profile. Only the creator herself can see the username (customizable, and different from your real name) of people subscribed to her profile, along with the message and purchase history tied specifically to that account.

Your displayed username isn't required to match your real name at all: many users use a username completely unrelated to their identity, adding an extra layer of privacy even from the creator herself.

The only element potentially visible to a third party remains the bank statement descriptor, a point already covered in more detail in this blog's article on privacy and anonymity on adult platforms.
