Make sure your use of the products WhatsApp Business complies with these policies. Products WhatsApp Business include:

1. Create a quality experience
- Follow all guidelines and instructions in the technical and product literature.

- Do not use any data obtained from us about anyone you are messaging with in WhatsApp, other than the content of threaded discussions, for purposes other than those reasonably necessary to support messaging with that person.
- Do not share or ask people to share complete individual payment card numbers, financial account numbers, personal ID card numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.
- Do not use WhatsApp for telemedicine or to send or request health information, if applicable regulations would limit the distribution of such information to systems that do not meet increased requirements for processing health information.
- You cannot transmit or share customer chat information with another customer.
4. Prohibited organizations and use
- We prohibit organizations and/or individuals engaged in terrorist or organized criminal activities from using the products WhatsApp Business.
- We prohibit the use of products WhatsApp Business to facilitate or organize criminal activity, including exploiting or causing physical, financial or other harm to people, businesses or animals.

- If your organization's primary business or purpose (as determined by us in our sole discretion) is to distribute, sell, offer to sell, transact, barter, promote, endorse or otherwise deal in trade in any of the and services prohibited by the Trade Policy, we may prohibit your organization from using the products WhatsApp Business.
- Posts must not contain any offensive content, such as sexually explicit material or nudity, as determined in our sole discretion.
5. Application and updates
- We may limit or remove your access to or use of the Products WhatsApp Business if you receive excessive negative feedback, cause harm to WhatsApp or to our users, or violate or encourage others to violate our terms or policies, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
- If you use or operate a service that uses WhatsApp in violation of our terms or policies, such as sending messages to people on a large scale in an unauthorized way, we have the right to limit or remove your access to the services of WhatsApp.
