The winners of the 5th Pornhub Awards 2023 have been chosen, among them many industry giants such as Abella Danger, Riley Reid or the Trump case Stormy Daniels. After the awards ceremony was streamed online via the website last year due to Corona, it took place again this year as a glamorous live event.
The 2023 Pornhub Awards choose the most successful pornstars in a glamorous gala evening
On April 20, 2023, the time had finally come: at an exclusive party for all the nominees live from Los Angeles, the coveted Pornhub Awards were presented for the fifth time. The winners were announced on the website the morning of the same day.
This year's winners include many established porn stars such as Abella Danger (Most Popular Female Performer, Hottest Ass), Angela White (Top DP Performer, Nicest Tits), Cherie DeVille (Top MILF Performer) or Riley Reid (Top Lesbian Performer) as well as some industry newcomers like Kazumi (Favorite Newcomer) or Sky Bri (Most Popular Female Newcomer, Nicest Pussy).
Well-known brands and production studios such as Brazzers (Most Popular Channel) or TeamSkeet (Most Popular Network) were also awarded.
To ensure Pornhub Awards stars like brand ambassador Asa Akira can show their best side, organizers have hired Luis de Javier as an outfitter. The Spanish fashion designer has previously designed for celebrities such as Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian and Cardi B.
One of the few entirely data-driven porn rewards
Unlike most other awards presented in the porn industry, such as the XBIZ Awards, the Pornhub Awards do not have a jury to decide the winners. Instead, only search queries and number of results are used to determine winners. The Pornhub Awards are therefore entirely data-based, i.e. statistical evaluations.
This year, prizes were awarded in a total of 50 categories, including many fan categories in which Pornhub users could vote for their favorites on the website until April 10, 2023.
The reason for the significant increase in categories from the previous year was the increased focus on diversity and inclusion. Among other things, winners were chosen in several trans categories.
