Fresh Mint Tea — recipe. You’ll need: A handful of fresh mint leaves. Hot water, just shy of a boil. A drizzle of honey, if you like it sweet. Optional: a slice of lemon, for that teasing sharpness. How to make it: Start by waking the mint. Don’t rush it — roll the leaves gently between your palms until their perfume rises. Lay the leaves in your cup or teapot. Pour the hot water — slowly. Watch it swirl. Wait. Three minutes. Maybe four. Taste. Sip it slowly.
